Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a flatmate who will move into our newly opened shared flat in August. Your room is approximately 10sqm in size, the apartment has a kitchen, two bathrooms, two large living rooms, and two balconies (one of which is more like a roof terrace) We are looking for a person between 18-28 years old who would like to be part of our shared flat. We would also like to do things together, cook together, have cozy movie nights, play games, etc. Fixed members are Flo (m, 24) and Linus (m, 23), both air traffic controllers in Zurich, and from October, Julian (m, 27) will also be an air traffic controller. (It's not yet certain whether we'll be a 4-person or 5-person shared flat. If we were five, the price of the room would also decrease. The price range is between 720-950CHF)
