Bright Room in a 3-Person Flatshare (Kreis 3 / 8003, Badenerstrasse)
Looking for a new flatmate for a room with wooden floors in a shared 3-person apartment in perfect position. The apartment is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, washing machine), functional, and includes private attic/cellar storage.

Location & Transit

• Transport: Right by the Zypressenstrasse tram stop (Trams 2, 3; Bus 72, 83).
• Commute: ~10 minutes to Zürich HB, ~20 minutes to ETH Zentrum / University of Zurich (UZH).
• Neighborhood: Grocery stores (Migros, Coop, Denner), cafés, bakeries, and bars all within a few minutes' walk.

We are looking for a student or young professional (<35 yo). The room is booked trhough an agency, and currently furnished, if you would like to keep the furniture you would have to discuss about it with the agency.
