Minimum rental period of 3 months Your room is approx. 12m2 with bed (140x200), mattress, wardrobe and curtains for 350.- Additional costs include: cleaning 2x monthly, Serafe, internet, household and personal liability insurance, electricity etc. Deposit: 1233.30.- Important info: I will only be in the apartment very sporadically in Sept. and Oct. - so you would be almost alone in the apartment ;) About me: 39, non-smoker, very experienced in shared flats, teacher in adult education and flight attendant I am looking for: preferably female approx. 30+ (a man is also possible) Reliability, honesty, open communication, respectful interaction, non-smoker, shared flat experience an advantage, no pets, CLEANLINESS I like an uncomplicated, friendly shared flat living, where you also cook together sometimes, drink a tea or chat.
