We are renting this beautiful, bright and very spacious 3.5 room attic apartment. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The gallery is reachable via a pull-out staircase (incl. handrail). An attic and a cellar compartment belong to the apartment. Very practical is the own laundry tower incl. tumble dryer. Right next door is the Basisstufe. Public transport is 5 minutes away. If required, an e-charging station can be installed (costs directly on private electricity billing).
