Ich vermiete meine gepflegte Wohnung in ruhiger und dennoch sehr zentraler Lage in Zürich !!! ab 01.01.2027 (nächstes Jahr)!!! für 12 -18 Monate nach Absprache unter (mit Untermietvertrag). Die Wohnung (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Reduit und Bad) ist komplett möbliert und überzeugt durch ihre angenehme Atmosphäre, ihre grosszügige Raumaufteilung sowie die sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gesucht wird eine seriöse, zuverlässige Einzelperson, Nichtraucher/in, ohne Haustiere. Musikinstrumente sind nicht erwünscht. Wichtig ist mir eine Person, die sorgfältig mit der Wohnung und der Einrichtung umgeht, die Wohnung respektvoll behandelt und regelmässige sowie pünktliche Mietzahlungen gewährleistet. Voraussetzungen für die Untervermietung: • Mietdauer: ca. 12 - 18 Monate • Kaution: CHF 4’000.– • Einwandfreier Leumund sowie keine Betreibungen oder vergleichbare Einträge • Bei Bedarf Nachweis eines stabilen Einkommens Bei Interesse freue ich mich über eine kurze Vorstellung deiner Person (Beruf, Alter, Grund warum an Untermiete interessiert…) —————————————————— I am renting out my well-maintained apartment in a quiet yet very central location in Zurich from !!! I am looking for a serious, reliable, non-smoking individual without pets. Musical instruments are not permitted. It is important to me that the tenant takes good care of the apartment and its furnishings, treats it with respect, and ensures regular and punctual rent payments.
