In unserer WG im Gotthelf-Quartier (5 min. Fußweg vom Allschwiler Platz) wird ein 20m2 grosses Zimmer ab Februar 2027 frei für 787.25 CHF exkl. NK.

Wichtig ist, dass du bereit wärst die Hauptmieterschaft zu übernehmen oder mit Jim zu teilen, da mit Ravith einer unserer Hauptmieter auszieht.

Die WG ist sehr geräumig mit 160 m2, zwei Badezimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und zwei Balkonen. Die Küche ist darüber hinaus mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Dadurch gibt es auch viel Raum die Wohnung mitzugestalten.

Du wirst mit Chiara (w, 23), Onesi (w, 23) und Jim (m, 28) zusammenleben. Wir sind sehr umgängliche Menschen und wir sitzen gerne mal bei einem Plausch in der Küche zusammen. Da wir recht unterschiedliche Tagesrhythmen haben, und jeder viel mit dem Studium beschäftigt ist, kann es auch mal passieren, dass wir uns ein zwei Tage nicht über den Weg laufen.

Wichtig ist uns eine offene Kommunikation und ein respekt- und rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander. Wir legen auch grossen Wert auf Sauberkeit und haben einen Putzplan. Idealerweise bringst du schon WG-Erfahrung mit.

In our shared apartment in the Gotthelf neighborhood (a 5-minute walk from Allschwiler Platz), a 20-square-meter room will be available starting in February 2027 for 787.25 CHF, excluding utilities.

It’s important that you’re willing to take over as the primary tenant or share the role with Jim, since Ravith, one of our primary tenants, is moving out.

The shared apartment is very spacious at 160 m2, with two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and two balconies. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher. This leaves plenty of room for you to help decorate the apartment.

You’ll be living with Chiara (f, 23), Onesi (f, 23), and Jim (m, 28). We’re very easygoing people, and we enjoy getting together in the kitchen for a chat. Since we have quite different daily routines, and everyone is busy with their studies, it can also happen that we don’t run into each other for a day or two.

Open communication and treating each other with respect and consideration are important to us. We also place a high value on cleanliness and have a cleaning schedule. Ideally, you’ll already have experience living in a shared apartment.
