Description Chalet for 5 people in a very quiet region, close to the forest. Departure for the ski lifts is 10 minutes by car but it is also possible to use a free shuttle (10 minutes walking distance). Possibility, depending on snow conditions, to ski directly down to the chalet. Minimum rental duration 2 months. Available from 1st November 2026 to 30 April 2027 The monthly rent is Fr 1800.- It is decreasing from the 3rd month (to be discussed). If the dormitory is used, a supplement will be charged based on the number of people. The rent includes an advance on charges ((electricity and wood) of Fr 200.- A final statement will follow. Security deposit requested upon signing the lease Fr 500.- Tourist taxes are not included and must be paid directly to the tourist office. From the parking space, one must walk 150 meters uphill. Description of the chalet: ON THE GROUND FLOOR: a equipped kitchen, (fridge, 4-burner stove with oven, double sink, microwave, raclette maker, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle). The central heating boiler. a living room with a Swedish stove, sofa and large table. two bathrooms with shower and WC, hair dryer. Heated mat. Towels are not provided. UPSTAIRS: a bedroom with 2 beds, a bedroom with a double bed one with a single bed. a dormitory in a loft for 5 people to be used with a sleeping bag or with personal bedding. Bedding for the bedrooms is provided. Central wood heating, the boiler located in the kitchen. Electric supplementary heating if necessary. WASHING MACHINE SKI ROOM Available from 1st November 2026.
