We have found a home of our own and are therefore leaving this beautiful 2.5 room apartment in the heart of Romanshorn on 1.12.26. The train station with direct connections to Konstanz and Zürich is only an 8-minute walk away. Kindergarten and primary school are right around the corner. The development is perfect for families with a protected playground in the courtyard and many other nice families.
The neighborhood is well-connected and very engaged.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with lift) and therefore has a dreamlike view over the mountains and Lake Constance. The house was only completed in 2024 (we were the first occupants) and meets minergie standards.
2 balconies + 2 bathrooms + numerous built-in wardrobes were very practical for our family!

We built a TV wall with indirect lighting, which can be taken over if interested. Cinema feeling included.
