Room in a shared flat

We, three women between 55 and 60 years old, are looking for a quiet female flatmate who would like to become part of our house community. Regardless of age, mutual respect and mindful coexistence are very important to us.
In this stately house with a garden and close proximity to nature, a beautiful, bright room (21m2) will become available from 1 December 2026. The rent including utilities amounts to Fr 945.-
Your room on the 2nd floor features two windows and strip flooring. The kitchen, the conservatory, and the large living and dining room are the common rooms, which we use together according to individual needs. You will share a bathroom with one female flatmate. A share of the cellar and attic is included. The large garden with various seating areas invites you to relax.
The bus stop for line 33 is only 30 meters away, and you can reach tram line 6 in five minutes on foot. Basel SBB station and the city of Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport or bicycle. A bicycle shelter belongs to the house.
