Room in a shared flat

• Application process: First, a short video chat will be held, and only then will the 2-3 most interested people be invited in person

The room is just under 20 m² in size and has just been newly furnished (2x2m box spring bed, 2.5m wardrobe, etc.). All missing desired furniture will be paid for by me.

For internet, insurance, heating, electricity, hot water, cooking and cleaning utensils (spices,..), administration, TV and radio fees, and Apple TV, an additional 199 Fr is added!

For the new furnishings (approx. 28'000 Fr.), a contribution or 199 Fr per month is added.

There is:

• underfloor heating - 10 GB fiber optic internet - self-cleaning mopping robot - beautiful and quiet new-build apartment - large balcony - 2 bathrooms - private laundry room with dryer and washing machine - dishwasher
• For internet, insurance, heating, electricity, hot water, cooking and cleaning utensils (spices,..), administration, TV and radio fees, and Apple TV (=199 Fr.) and a furnishing flat rate (=199 Fr. for new furniture worth 30.000 Fr.), a total of 398 Fr is added.

Deposit: 3200 Fr.

• Partners who visit often are no problem. - Pets possible upon application - 10 min to Züricher HB (Tram 11) - 4 min to Bhf Oerlikon - Whether man or woman does not matter.

There are three of us: I, Slavko, have traveled extensively (6 languages, e.g., 1.5 years in Latin America), am interested in many diverse things, enjoy chatting about everything under the sun, psychology, society, development of humanity etc., play (ball) sports and fitness, occasionally go out to eat or drink, or stream something to relax, first studied International Management and worked there for 2 years, but recently switched to the "social" sector (economics lecturer).
