Single room / shared flat room in a 4-room apartment for shorter or longer durations. We are renting furnished or unfurnished single rooms of 10 - 14 sqm immediately or by arrangement in the center, near the Olten train station. For communal use, a living room (furnished, with dining table), a kitchen with a large refrigerator and kitchen utensils, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer in the basement are available. 6th floor with lift. Zweck-WG (shared flat for specific purposes). The main tenant, Gerry, is 60 years old and rarely uses the apartment when he is in Olten for work. It is not a classic WG (shared flat), but rather simply rented rooms (except for cleaning work, etc.). The current tenants placed great value on cleanliness (organized by residents or done externally for an additional charge).
