Sublet – room available I am offering a room for sublet from 31 August. My name is Elie, I am a young African and work in the nursing sector. I have a lovely poodle ( MAX ), who is very quiet and well-behaved, even when I am not at home. I work both during the day and at night, so the apartment is often quiet. Kitchen and bathroom are to be shared. I am looking for a quiet, clean and respectful person, man or woman, preferably young.
