2 room single room

Unfurnished shared apartment room in a 4.5 room apartment in Höfen for rent from 02.22.2026 at a rent of 990.- incl. utilities, electricity & Serafe. An outdoor parking space can be rented additionally for 50.- monthly.
The room is equipped with a skylight incl. blackout roller blind and insect protection net. Furthermore, it has underfloor heating and various connections for TV etc. The rest of the apartment is intended for shared use (kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room). The nearest bus stop is located around 25 minutes walking distance away (stop: Kirche Amsoldingen), a bus runs every 30 min. to Thun (approx. 30 min. bus ride). Own car recommended, as the attic apartment is located very rural and in a remote house with 3 parties (one of which is the shared apartment). Shopping possibility in the next village Oberstocken (farm shop with self-service), reachable in 5 min. by car or 20 min. drive away, the Volg in Blumenstein. In Blumenstein there is also a bakery and a pizza delivery service. Thun/Allmendingen Coop is reachable in 20 min. by car. I am looking for one person approx. between 26 and 56 years old.
