The apartment is just a 1-minute walk from Albisriedenplatz, with excellent tram and bus connections right outside the door, plus supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby. It's a 2-bedroom apartment with a spacious, fully furnished living room and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is very quiet, surrounded by parks, and well connected to the rest of the city. **💡 Utilities & Deposit** Electricity and water are included in the rent. Please note that internet is not included. A deposit of one month's rent is required. **👋 About us** You'll be sharing the apartment with a young Spanish professional woman — cheerful, friendly, and easy to get along with. **🔍 Who we're looking for** We're looking for someone calm and respectful of shared spaces, who keeps things clean and tidy.
