Room in a shared flat

Room for rent for one person, preferably a woman, who is tidy, responsible, without pets and with good coexistence.
The room features a single bed and a bedside table. Additionally, the use of kitchen utensils is permitted.
I am looking for a quiet, respectful and clean person, who values good coexistence and respect for shared spaces.
