I am moving on and am looking for a new tenant for my well-maintained, 2.5-room apartment, renovated in 2020. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with a lift, centrally in Strengelbach. The rooms are compact and cleverly designed: living, dining, and kitchen form the daytime area, while the two rooms are located separately towards the quiet rear side.

Furniture and appliances
The pictured furniture is not included in the rent. For a transfer fee (price upon agreement), you can take over: washing machine, tumble dryer, corner sofa, living room unit, chest of drawers, curtains, and the mirror in the corridor. The wood tiles on the balcony are included for free. Taking them over is voluntary and not a condition for the apartment.

Application
The apartment is managed by Tectron AG in Seon; they decide on the allocation. After the viewing, we will send you the application form. Please attach the following documents:

• Current extract from the debt enforcement register (max. 3 months old)
• Photo or scan of your ID

Mietkaution: 3 months' rent, optionally via a rental deposit account at the bank or a deposit insurance (e.g., GoCaution, First Caution, SwissCaution).
