Room in a shared flat

As my roomie is moving, I am looking for a new flatmate to share my apartment with. If you’re interested in a 16m2 room, a beautifully furnished apartment, a balcony with all day sun and are a friendly and open minded person, we might be a good match. Location is perfect for everyone who loves living in the city: Coop, Bahnhof Wiedikon / Schmiede Wiedikon, cafés and restaurants are in walking distance. About me: I am 32 years old, born and raised in Germany and live in Zurich for over two years now. On Saturday mornings, you will find me at a yoga class, sitting in cafes and visiting flea markets or second hand stores afterwards. I spend my time with Pilates, cooking sessions (mostly vegan, always vegetarian), hosting friends for brunch and dinners, mountain hikes and much more. I care for a clean and comfy home to calm down, but always seek for adventures and have my next trip booked. I am looking for a person 25+, preferred over 30, who is settled in a job, shares similar interests and values and is up for a good talk or a shared dinner while also respecting each others privacy. If you’re a vegetarian and care for our environment, this is a big plus for me. Viewings can be made asap! Rent is excl. Internet, EWZ and Serafe. The room is available from 1st of October, but moving date can be discussed. Rental period will be 6 months for the start with the option to switch to unlimited rental if we’re both fine with it. The flat is all equipped and furnished, but I am open for changes about the furniture. The room is unfurnished and provides lots of space for your personal belongings. As this is an old house, you should not be too sensitive about noise. It’s fine when windows are closed, but in summer you will hear the street.
