Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a female or male flatmate for my shared apartment starting from the beginning of October. The apartment is located in a charming old building that was renovated a few years ago. It has two bedrooms, an additional common room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. I am currently using the common room as a studio, but I am open to using it as a living room in the future.
