Room in a shared flat

Hi!

I am looking for a quiet, polite, and respectful person to share my sunny apartment in Gordola with, starting from 2nd December 2026. I am also open to temporary stays, for a minimum duration of 4 months.

The apartment consists of two rooms (mine and the one for sublet), a large living room, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and a large balcony with a beautiful view of the vineyards. It is very bright, south-facing, and located in a quiet area, ideal for those who love tranquility. The bus stop is in front of the house, while the Gordola railway station can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot.

The room is already furnished and features a bed, a large chest of drawers, and a storage unit where one can comfortably arrange their things. There is also one of my wardrobes in the room with some personal belongings, from which I might occasionally need to take something. I prefer to specify this right from the start, also because this is reflected in the price of the room, which I have lowered slightly.

The rent is CHF 850. per month, plus CHF 51. for expenses. The deposit is CHF 600..

I am 27 years old, I am a sociable and active person, I love the mountains, outdoor sports, nature, and travel. I like living in a serene and welcoming environment, where everyone can feel at home and have their own space, while pleasantly sharing the common areas.

It is very important to me that there is mutual respect and that the kitchen, bathroom, and other shared spaces are kept clean and in order. I am therefore looking for someone who takes care of the house and with whom it is pleasant to live, without too many complications!

And then there is Julie, my little dog, who naturally lives in the house with us.
