The room, approximately 16 mq, is furnished with a one-and-a-half bed (mattress included), desk and chair, 5-drawer chest, and bedside table. The two-door wardrobe is located in the hallway, just outside the room. The apartment is shared with two other working guys and includes: \- large living room with living area \- kitchen complete with appliances \- hallway at the entrance \- bathroom shared with only one other tenant (the third room has a private bathroom) Conditions \- Rent: 700 CHF monthly, expenses excluded \- Expenses (internet, waste tax, electricity): approximately 3040 CHF per month \- Furniture: 400 CHF one-time \- Parking space inside the floor -1: 150 CHF per month (optional) For information, write to me.
