Room in a shared flat

The room is 15 m² in size. The rent is 335.- per month, excluding utility costs (approximately 20.- per month). The apartment is a 3-room apartment in a quiet neighborhood and we have a balcony :) We live on the 1st floor without an elevator. There is a general laundry room in the basement and the bicycle cellar is also available to everyone. An attic compartment and a cellar compartment belong to the apartment. Nearby: In 3 minutes walking distance at the Brügg station \-With the S3 in 5 min in Biel, with the bus 13 min \-With the bicycle: in 15 min at Zentralplatz Biel, 10 min in Centre Brügg (shopping center) and in 2 min at the Aare. We are: Irina (22, she) is doing her training as a florist, likes to dance and likes to spend time with friends and in nature... Anouk (23, she) studies music and movement, is out a lot with the bicycle and likes to go swimming in the lake/in the Aare. We like to cook and eat together (vegi), as it happens, with different everyday lives/working hours. Our WG is queer-friendly. Every now and then we have friends visiting. We value an open, communicative and respectful interaction with one another. We are looking for: an upbeat and open person who feels like sharing the WG everyday life with us.
