Room in a shared flat

\[English below\] Please only apply if you have read the description and are 24+ In meiner 3-Zimmer-Wohnung vermiete ich ein Zimmer unter, das zuvor als Office und Gästezimmer diente. Die Wohnung is ca 68m2 gross, das Zimmer selber 11m2 gross. Das Zimmer würde möbliert mit Bett und Schreibtisch kommen, einen Kleiderschrank hat es bisher nicht. Der Rest der Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert. In der Küche gibt es einen Geschirrspüler sowie einen Backofen. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die mit Münzen verwendet werden kann (1 Waschgang ist ca. 40 Rp je nach Programm). Zudem gibt es im Keller mehr Stauraum als man wohl braucehn kann. Die nächstgelegen Bushalte Stelle ist ca. 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt (Bus 45, 67, 78) und zur Tramhaltestelle Lindenplatz braucht man ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Wie man sieht bin ich grosser Fan von Pflanzen, eine Person, die auch einen grünen Daumen hat und sich gerne um Pflanzen kümmert begrüsse ich sehr. Zudem habe ich eine leichte Präferenz für Vegetarier/Veganer, da ich selbst vegan bin. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, also definitiv nichts für Partymäuse. Für Wochenaufenthaltende können wir über eine geringere Miete gerne verhandeln. English: I am subletting a room in my 3-room apartment (68m²), which previously served as an office and guest room. The room itself is around 11m². The room comes furnished with a bed and a desk; it currently does not have a wardrobe. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and an oven. In the basement, there is a coin-operated washing machine (one cycle costs about 40 Rp, depending on the program). There is also more storage space in the basement than you could probably ever need. The nearest bus stop is a 2-3 minute walk away (Lines 45, 67, 78), and the Lindenplatz tram stop is about a 10-minute walk. As you can see, I am a huge fan of plants, so someone who also has a green thumb and enjoys looking after them would be very welcome. I also have a slight preference for vegetarians or vegans, as I am vegan myself. The neighbourhood is very quiet, so if you enjoy house parties this is definitely not the place for you.
