I'm renting my 2.5 rooms apartment in Oerlikon starting 01/09/2026. It is next to Oerlikerhus tram stop (tram lines 10 and 51), in a quiet neighborhood and in a new building (2023). The washing machine and the tumbler are inside the apartment, it has 2 balconies and a cellar. The rent is 2130 CHF/month + 250 CHF/month Nebenkosten. The new tenant will take over my contract until the 30th of September 2026 and can extend it to long term contract. Viewings possible from 3rd of August.
