Room in a shared flat

We are looking for an upbeat female or male flatmate.
Your room measures 8m^2 and offers direct access to the terrace.
Our apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building with an elevator and features a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. A washing machine and dryer are located in the apartment. In addition to the room, a parking space in the underground garage can also be rented.
The shared flat is located in Port, only 2–5 minutes walking distance from Denner and the bus stops. Within 20 minutes, you can easily reach the Biel/Bienne and Brügg train stations by public transport or bicycle. The Centre Brügg (with MMM Migros, specialty stores, pharmacy, etc.) is also easily accessible. In summer, you can reach the Aare in just 2 minutes on foot and take a refreshing swim.
Your future room will be available from 02. January 2027 or, by arrangement, one month later.
Our shared flat consists of Fanny (27), Naim (26) and Nuria (23). Fanny comes from the Jura, likes meeting with friends and enjoys reading. Naim plays curling in Lyss and can regularly be found at the games of our beloved EHC Biel. Nuria likes doing yoga and is always up for trying out new and cool things.
We enjoy spending time together, whether it is swimming in the Aare or jointly designing our terrace for the summer.
