Room in a shared flat

This is a furnished, 14.6m2 room (542.05 CHF per month ink. Nebenkosten).

This apartment is located nearby Spalentor, and

-Basel SBB 10 min away by public transport

-University Basel 5 min by walk-ETH Zurich BSSE 7 min by walk

-Aldi and COOP within 5-10 min by walk

-Bus stop/tram stop within 3-7 min by walk

We have a main tenant-Anar. He is taking care of all the administrative things such as paying for all the bills and etc. Unfortunately his salary is 90% enough, we need another person to be main tenant with him.

As we are looking for an additional main tenant, you should be able to show proof of finance. In other words, you need regular income after tax around 2.5-3k CHF at least.

In case you don't have income, your parents can show their income, and they must work in Switzerland.

We mainly use English but we also have a German speaking person. Currently, there are two men (Ege and Anar) and two girl (Leire and me), and as I am moving out, we prefer to have application from girls.
