Attention! A room in a shared flat is becoming available at Malzstrasse 5. The beautiful Brauerquartier behind the Kantonsspital is exceptionally well located. In 5 minutes, you can reach the train station or the old town by bike. On foot, you are in the forest in 5 minutes. Despite being so close to everything, it is a very quiet neighborhood; the house is located in a 20 km/h zone.

The shared flat has 2 floors, ground floor and 2nd floor (bottom: 2 rooms, living room and niche with workspace, kitchen / top: 3 rooms, bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub; additionally, there are 2 more toilets). It has a garden that can be shared. Your room is located on the upper floor and has a balcony. You have a view of the beautiful brick houses, which can be seen behind two large trees. Since it is at the back of the house, the room stays cool in summer but is warm in winter. Above your room, there is another apartment where 2 people live. Generally, it is an old building, so please do not be disturbed if there is sound transmission.

You will share flat life with Jonas (33, German teacher), Pascale (37, specialist in care) and Patrik (30, self-employed). The best way to get to know us is during a viewing on-site, as that is the best way to see if you get along personally.

Move-in date ideally from 2. December or by arrangement.
