Room in a shared flat

From 1 October 2026 to 30 June 2027, a room in a 2-person shared apartment in Zürich Affoltern will become available with me.

The unfurnished room is 15m² in size and has its own bathroom (5m²). The rest of the apartment (approx. 100m² resp. 85m² without my room/bathroom) is furnished, but offers enough space and scope for own interior design ideas. This includes two balconies, a small one by the kitchen (approx. 2m²) and a large one outside the glass front of the living area (30m²). A cellar compartment (8m²) is also available. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and thus offers a great far view into nature.

The rent consists of the rent for the room and the apartment: CHF 1'400 per month incl. costs for water, and the not yet included utility costs electricity: CHF 20 per month and internet: CHF 20 per month.

The apartment is located 500m from the Affoltern station, from where the S6 reaches Zürich HB in 13 min. and Oerlikon station in 6 min. Shopping facilities can also be found within practical walking or cycling distance (Aldi 500m, Coop 650m, Migros 750m). There is access to a locked bicycle cellar and a Mobility location is available at the building if you ever need a car.

Until now, I shared the apartment with a good friend who has now exited the tenancy prematurely, which is why I am looking for a sociable and open person with whom I can spend the remaining time in this very comfortable apartment.
