Room in a shared flat

Since our current roommate is moving out, a room (with balcony) is becoming available in our 4-room apartment.
We are Roman and Michèle and are looking for an open, uncomplicated person who is interested in a cozy shared apartment community.
About us:
Roman, (m) 28 years old, works as a carpenter and likes to spend his free time doing sports or relaxing at home. Roman
Michèle, (w) 26 years young, is a nursing student. In her free time, she likes being outdoors, sitting in cafés, or also enjoys doing sports.
In addition, a lovely cat lives with us, who is of course also part of the WG.

We value relaxed living together, a friendly exchange in everyday life, and are happy when one does something together every now and then. Be it a walk, eating ice cream, or simply spontaneously going out for a drink. Coop, Denner, bakery and Rossmann are reachable in approx. 3' walking distance.

We are looking for someone who:

• is uncomplicated and considerate
• values pleasant living together
• would like to be part of a small WG community
