Room in a shared flat

\- ROOMMATE FOR 2-PERSON WG WANTED - Hey - it's nice that you are stopping by my advertisement :) I - female, 43 years old, working architect - am looking for a roommate for my lovely home! The apartment is located very centrally, shopping, bus, St.Fiden station, university and the old town can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bicycle. The apartment includes a private garden with a seating area and fire pit - my place of work and experimentation! If you also like things clean and tidy, and if shared moments while cooking or having a glass of wine by the fire are just as important to you as your personal space and privacy, then we already share a few fundamental things that are important for pleasant coexistence. My home is very important to me and therefore I would find it nice if the person moving in with me maintains roughly the same values as I do. As expected, from autumn onwards I will only be in and out of St.Gallen on weekends (but I will remain the main tenant). You would therefore have the apartment almost to yourself - which is why the rent is also 1'100 Fr. per month incl. NK. If it should remain my main residence after all, the rent reduces to 740 Fr. per month incl. NK. For me, it is central to have a good and trustworthy togetherness and therefore I very much welcome a personal meeting.
