Room in a shared flat

I, Soline, and my cat Shanti are looking for a female flatmate (subtenant) in our beautiful and well-located 4.5-room apartment (84 m2) with a good location and beautiful views.

THE LOCATION:
Quiet location in a low-traffic 30 zone. Perfectly located – in a 7-minute walk to the city center, and in also 7 minutes in the other direction in the Dreiweieren recreational area. The “Schülerhaus” tram stop is 3 minutes from the apartment (from here, it is 2 minutes to Spisertor (Migros), and 7 minutes to SG station).

THE APARTMENT & EQUIPMENT:
Cooperative apartment with a familial, neighborly atmosphere. All rooms in the apartment are quite bright and well-lit. The house includes a small communal garden.
The 84 m2 apartment features a fully furnished living room with a large balcony with a fantastic view of St. Gallen (incl. monastery), kitchen incl. dining area, bathroom with bathtub and separate WC – all for your shared use.
Also for shared use: refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, citrus juicer, shake mixer, cooking utensils, dishes & cutlery, television, WLAN, music system, printer, iron, hairdryer… 😊
A cellar compartment is available for shared use in the basement.
Shared washing machine, tumble dryer and drying room with all house parties. (Fixed laundry day for each party during the week & free washing on the weekend).
A parking space can be rented upon request for 35 CHF/month.

YOUR ROOM:
Your 12.2 m2 large room with parquet flooring and window was previously used as a dining room, so the corresponding furniture is still in the pictures, but the room will be handed over empty.

ABOUT ME:
I am 34 years old, come from Germany, have lived in St. Gallen for 7 years and work in the HR department of a company in Rorschach. I am quite active, also very busy/on the go in my free time. I am open and enjoy having good conversations, but also appreciate having time for myself 😊. Regarding order/cleanliness, I would describe myself as average; everything should look halfway in order, but I am not fussy.
I would be happy to find a female flatmate who is preferably also employed or a doctoral student, who is similarly open, communicative, engaged but still relaxed and benevolent, so that it can be a harmonious shared apartment life. 😊

My cat Shanti is easy-care, very people-oriented and cuddly. So it would fit well if you also have something for cats, and don't find it dramatic if she distributes her hair in the apartment, which you have to wipe up every now and then… 😉

Weekly residents are also welcome. Fixed-term stays are also possible upon arrangement.

The room is available from October. It is important to me to find someone that I get along well with, so in the event of a “match,” I am also open to a later move-in date.
