Room in a shared flat

I am moving out of my shared flat and am looking for a replacement tenant.
The room is approx. 26m2 in size.
You will share the apartment with two roommates. Franzi, a geologist, works in Luzern, and David, a psychology student at the Uni Bern.
Ideally, you are in your late 20s or older.
The apartment is approx. 70m2 in size, with a small but fine kitchen, shower, and separate WC. The balcony is accessible via two rooms.
The room will be available from the beginning/middle of December.
