Hello! We are looking for someone to join our shared flat in the Beauregard district, from 01 November.

The apartment is modern, bright, and super well-equipped. It is located on the 3rd floor and includes:
3 bedrooms (yours is 14 m2 and opens directly onto the balcony)
1 balcony, ideal for having small dinners in the summer (and for attempting to make a basil plant survive for more than three days)
2 bathrooms, including one with a laundry column
a kitchen with a dishwasher
a large sunroom
a cellar + a bicycle room

Rent: 760 CHF including charges

👫 The roommates

• Lian, 20 years old, bachelor's student in economics. Passionate about culture (theatre, dance, cinema) and history, he loves reading, cooking, and organizing game nights. He appreciates animated discussions as much as quieter moments around a good book. He is a native German speaker and is currently improving his French.

Catherine, 19 years old, is starting her studies in history and educational sciences. She speaks Luxembourgish, German, French, and English. In her free time, she loves cooking, reading, and hiking.

🧚🏻♂️ We are looking for (ideally): someone long-term, in their twenties, with a rather quiet character, ideally a student at the university, in order to have a similar pace of life with Lian and Catherine who will remain in the apartment for a few years.
