Room in a shared flat

Since I am moving out of my shared apartment at the end of December, my room will become available from 1 January 2027. Therefore, I am looking for a successor who will take over my room and the main lease.

The apartment is a beautiful, renovated 4.5-room apartment (renovated in 2023). My two roommates (both 22) will initially continue to stay in the shared apartment, which means you would be living with two roommates who are already settled in. How much longer the two will remain in the apartment has not yet been definitively determined (expected until the end of February/March or end of June 2027). Both study at the Universität Fribourg.

The apartment features:

• three bedrooms, including the unfurnished room for rent with approx. 16 m²
• a large living room
• a kitchen with a dishwasher
• a large bathroom with shower and bathtub
• an additional small guest toilet
• a washing machine and a dryer in the built-in cupboard
• a large balcony
• a cellar compartment
• a bicycle parking space

The apartment is located very practically, and both the university as well as the station and shopping facilities are easily accessible:

• approx. 10 minutes on foot to Miséricorde
• approx. 10 minutes on foot to Beauregard
• approx. 15 minutes on foot to the station
• it takes a bit longer on foot to Pérolles, but it is also easily accessible by bus
• several bus stops are located approx. 4 minutes on foot from the apartment
• a total of 5 different bus lines run from the station towards the apartment

The location is also very practical for shopping: Coop, Migros and Denner are each reachable in about 5 minutes on foot.
