Room in a shared flat

We are looking for two flatmates starting from mid-August 2026 for the coming year (limited until July/August 2027 by arrangement), until two of our daughters require the apartment for their training. We are subletting the two rooms either together (CHF 1'500 net; CHF 1'760 incl. shared usage costs - WLAN, Serafe, electricity, furnishing) or divided according to room size (CHF 770.– small room; CHF 950.– large room - each incl. shared usage costs). The apartment and also the room are partially furnished; a kitchen and living room that are already furnished are available. (The two photos of the room are not current; it is neither completely empty nor completely furnished.) The smallest room of the 4.5-room apartment is used by us as storage space. To a small extent, the partial furnishing can also be adjusted in this way. In addition to the two sublet rooms, the rest of the apartment is available for shared use. Likewise, the bicycle cellar and the laundry room are available for shared use with the other residents of the residential block. Move-in date by arrangement, earliest from 16.8.2026.
