My 1 room old building apartment is waiting for you this winter.

Fully furnished and in an optimal location (Mattenhof-Weissenbühl) - walking distance: Coop (1 min.), tram and bus stop (1-3 min.) and to the city center (15-10 min.).
The two rooms are large and spacious. In the bedroom, there is a two-door built-in wardrobe, an extra wardrobe and 1 chest of drawers. In the hallway, there is a three-door built-in wardrobe and shoe racks -> Conclusion: lots of space for your things and if you need even more of them, there is a cellar compartment.
Laundry room, tumble dryer and drying room are also available to you. The apartment has no TV, but instead numerous books (novels, crime novels, photo and art books - for cozy winter evenings), a generous terrace (for fresh air and the midday sun) and a rowing machine (practically a gym@home).
Daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower and the kitchen offers a dishwasher.

The service charges, electricity and internet are included in the price.
I am looking for one person who rents the apartment for at least 3 months.
