As of 1 November or by arrangement, we are looking for a new tenant for the 2.5 room apartment on the 1st floor (without lift) in the beautiful Schlössli in Schwäbis.
A large kitchen-cum-living room, balcony, cellar compartment and easy-care materials characterize the property.
All service charges and the parking space directly in front of the house are included in the rental price.
The house is centrally located, Schwäbis train station and bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Thun can be reached in 5 min on foot along the Aare.
