1 rooms apartment

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a reliable subtenant for my 2 room old building apartment in the Triebschenquartier for the limited duration from 01.11.26-31.03.2027. The dates can be slightly adjusted upon consultation.

The apartment on the raised ground floor is well connected to public transport. The main station is reachable on foot in less than ten minutes. Various shopping facilities are located directly opposite.

The apartment is rented with the following equipment:

• Bedroom with bed, chair, clothes rail and wooden shelves
• Living room with shelf, table, chairs, sofa
• 1 bathroom with bathtub
• separate WC with window, shelf (Both bathrooms are freshly renovated)
• Kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and spacious built-in cupboards
• Hallway with built-in cupboards, shoe cupboards
• Floor covering corridor, living and bedroom: parquet
• Floor covering bathroom: stone tiles
• Intercom system

Further furnishing items will be provided upon consultation.
The apartment is either suitable for a couple and the rooms could be used as a living room and bedroom, or one converts the living room into a second bedroom for a 2-person shared apartment. Depending on this, I would adjust the equipment accordingly (2nd bed available).

Rent: 1.620CHF
Net rent: 1.420CHF
On account of heating/service charges: 1.0 CHF
Wlan etc. will be charged separately.

If interested, please feel free to get in touch and briefly introduce yourselves.

I look forward to your contact!
