We, Lela (53), Anette (54) and Stanislav (38), have a room available for another male or female flatmate over 35 years old.

We live in a renovated, bright farmhouse with plenty of space, a garden and a large patio with views of the greenery. Our home is located in a rural area, approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the nearest bus stop. A car or scooter is therefore an advantage. Male cat Merlin lives with us. No other pets are possible.

The room is available from 1.4.2027 (possibly earlier), is 17.3 m2 in size, 3 m high, has a small washbasin, and is furnished. Furnishings can be adjusted upon agreement.

Shared use: living room, dining area, kitchen, huge bathroom shared by three, cellar/laundry room, part of the attic. Highspeed internet, parking space.

Rent: 820 CHF plus 130 CHF utilities. Total 950.- CHF.

An additional room (8.7 m2) can be rented as an office.

We are a friendly and well-maintained shared apartment, enjoy laughing, are empathetic, open, reflective and warm-hearted.

Each and every one of us is on our own path. At the same time, we appreciate exchanging ideas and occasionally doing something together.
