Room in a shared flat

In our 4.5-room apartment in the beautiful Telli-Quartier in Aarau, a furnished room (3.5 x 5.5 m) is becoming available. The room can be rented as follows: 1\. From Monday to Friday (without weekends) for CHF 650.–/ month, including WLAN, Nebenkosten, furniture as well as shared use of the kitchen and household appliances. 2\. From Monday to Sunday (with weekends) for CHF 750.–/ month, including WLAN, Nebenkosten, furniture as well as shared use of the kitchen and household appliances. Bright, furnished room with bed, desk, wardrobe and refrigerator – cozy and functional. It is located slightly separated from the other rooms, which ensures additional privacy. The location is quiet and offers a beautiful view of the greenery. The apartment is large and features a shared living room with a large dining table as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms: one with bathtub, Lavabo and WC, the other with Lavabo and WC. A washing machine and Tumbler are available in the apartment. The connection to public transport is very good, and shopping facilities are located nearby. We are a small, warm-hearted family – a mother who works full-time, and two sons aged 11 and 13. We are respectful, quiet, friendly and look forward to a sympathetic person who fits well with us. Reliability, consideration and respectful interaction are important to us. Unfortunately, pets are not possible. We are non-smokers and lead a clean and healthy life in every respect. We are looking for: We are looking for a single person who is employed full-time or studies and maintains a similar lifestyle. (Non-smoker and with a clean lifestyle in every respect) Unfortunately, social assistance recipients cannot be considered for this room. The move-in date is possible immediately.
