Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone, I am looking for a roommate for my shared flat in Zürich-Höngg immediately. The room is approximately 12-15m² in size, the rent is CHF 1350.- including ancillary costs. I am male, 26 and employed. Höngg is a quiet district with a lot of green spaces, at the same time quickly in the city (tram/bus directly to the center). Directly in front of the house, you'll find only trees and meadows, which brings a pleasant calm to the apartment, completely without street noise. The apartment has 2 balconies and from the main balcony, you can see the city of Zürich.
