📂 IMPORTANT – Conditions for submitting the application

We are exclusively looking for serious and solvent candidates with a stable financial situation.

In order to be able to transmit applications quickly to the management, please prepare the following documents for your visit:

• Copy of an identity card or passport, or residence permit
• The last 3 payslips
• A recent extract from the Office des poursuites, certifying a situation without debt enforcement

Documents can be presented in paper or electronic version.

The household income must be sufficient to respect the solvency criterion, ideally a rent not exceeding one third of the monthly income.

If you like the apartment, your application can be collected directly at the end of the visit, so that we can transmit it to the management as soon as possible.

⚠️ We must hand over complete applications to the management before the end of November. People who already have all the documents are therefore particularly welcome!

We are leaving this apartment because we wish to find larger accommodation for our family. We have lived there since November 2023 and have always taken great care of it.

It is a truly charming, cosy and very quiet apartment, in which we have been happy to live. We hope to find people who will feel as good there as we did. ❤️
