Room in a shared flat

Description The room is rather compact at 10 m², but in return bright and cozy with large windows. In addition, a generous shared living area is available to you. About the apartment: We have two bathrooms, two balconies, two large sofas and two separate living areas. Added to this are a cozy bar area and a spacious kitchen – so enough space to occasionally get out of each other's way or to spend time together. About us We are Miriam, a social pedagogue, Andy, a locksmith, and Mänu, a work pedagogue, between 26 and 36 years old, all athletic and mostly busy. Nevertheless, we enjoy the company in the shared flat and like to do something together when the opportunity arises. An uncomplicated and relaxed togetherness is important to us. We are looking for a person who wants more than just a shared flat for convenience and wishes for a real home with a relaxed togetherness. Having shared flat experience or having lived alone before would be ideal. You should also feel comfortable with slightly older young people and value harmonious coexistence. The low price should not be your main motivation – the people and the togetherness are the priority.
