1 room single room

I am renting out a room in a three-room apartment in Blécherette in Lausanne for mid-August or a date to be agreed upon. Utilities are included, cleaning is done 1x/week and the bed and linens are also changed 1x/week.
I am looking for a person who loves, knows, and is ready to occasionally look after animals (1 dog and 2 cats), about ten hours per month. A clean, responsible, orderly, honest, and friendly person is sought.
