Room in a shared flat

Welcome to the FeelhomeWG We are looking for people between 18 and 45 years old who desire pleasant cohabitation and want to become part of a newly forming shared apartment (WG). Anyone moving into the FeelhomeWG is making a conscious decision for a beautiful home with an open, respectful, and communal living atmosphere. We welcome people who are interested in actively shaping WG life and using the common rooms meaningfully. If you feel like: • shared cooking evenings • co-designing the common rooms • cozy evenings in the living room • movie nights in the TV Room • shared use of the garden and hotpots • exchange in everyday life then the FeelhomeWG could be a good fit for you. The FeelhomeWG is a new WG on Wülflingerstrasse, which is currently still being renovated. Completion is planned for 1. July 2026. However, rooms can be reserved right now. Currently, there are already two WGs with a similar concept: the FeelfreshWG with 11 residents as well as the FeelgoodWG with 15 residents. Both houses have been fully occupied for a long time. Since we continue to receive many inquiries, we are now opening the third WG with a similar concept with the FeelhomeWG. The rooms are between 9.5 m² and 15.5 m² in size. Depending on the room size, the rental prices are between CHF 750 and CHF 815 plus CHF 175 for additional costs (Nebenkosten). The lowest floor will be designed as a communal area. A kitchen, a living room with a TV Room, and another area, the use of which can be decided collectively, will be created there. The outdoor area is also intended to become a beautiful place to relax. Planned are a forecourt with a garden area, a small forecourt house, and a hotpot. You can find further impressions in the pictures. Each floor has its own bathroom with a shower and sink (Lavabo). On the top floor, an additional larger bathroom with a bathtub and shower will be created. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are located on the lowest floor. Another washing machine and another tumble dryer are available in the bathroom on the top floor. In addition, each room will be equipped with its own water connection and sink (Lavabo). Included in the additional costs (Nebenkosten) are, among other things, a weekly cleaning of the common rooms, waste disposal, fiber optic WLAN, electricity, water, heating, as well as the use of the communal areas and equipment such as TV, sofa, garden, and hotpot. Two of the 11 rooms are already occupied. Thus, with Noemi and Dominik, the first two people who will move into the FeelhomeWG are already set. They could therefore be your future female roommate and your future male roommate. Noemi is 26 years old, studies Social Work with a focus on New Concepts and Innovation at HSLU, and additionally works as a bar and event manager in the Labüsch Bar in Winterthur. She likes to spend her free time on the aerial hoop, at ecstatic dances, or with her cacao in the morning. Dominik is 28 years old, a pilot at Flughafen Zürich, and originally comes from Germany. He is moving from the FeelfreshWG to the new FeelhomeWG, as he has lived there as a temporary subtenant until now. Does the FeelhomeWG appeal to you?
