Room in a shared flat

I am moving into a larger apartment and am therefore looking for a successor for my large, bright room. The shared flat has a large balcony with a view of the Ziegelweiher to the west, underfloor heating, wooden floors, a dishwasher, an elevator, and friendly, respectful roommates. Both are (coincidentally) occupational therapists and employed, enjoy being active and on the go. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building's laundry room. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented for an additional 130 CHF, which provides the shortest path from the car to the elevator. If you do not have a car: Kreuzlingen station is 500m from the apartment. And there is a bicycle cellar and a bike box in front of the building. The room is rented partially furnished; a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and coat rack are provided. Otherwise, really all, all costs are included in the rent.
