Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a new tenant for my 2.5-room apartment at Freilagerstrasse 11, 8047 Zürich. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a modern building completed in 2024.
I’ve really enjoyed living here: the apartment is modern, bright and very quiet, while still being well connected to the city. I’m flexible with the move-in date, so we can discuss what works best.

• Private balcony, great for enjoying sunny days

Location
The area is peaceful but very convenient for everyday life.
A Coop supermarket is about a 4-minute walk away, and Albis-Apotheke is around 6 minutes on foot. Schule Altweg is also just a few minutes away.
Public transport connections are excellent:

• Siemens tram stop: approx. 1 minute walk
• Schulhaus Altweg bus stop: approx. 4 minutes walk

It’s a great apartment for one person or a couple looking for a modern, comfortable home in Zürich with good connections and a quiet neighborhood.
