Room in a shared flat

I am currently living alone in the apartment, but since I am often away for professional and private reasons, I would like to rent out the apartment. However, I would like to keep one room and think that I would be there approx. 1-2 nights per week. You would therefore have the apartment mostly to yourself. If you are looking for a shared apartment where people cook together, have TV evenings etc., then this might not be the ideal solution for you. But if you are looking for a lovely apartment where you also often simply have your peace, then this would certainly be an interesting advertisement for you. I am looking for an uncomplicated, tidy and trustworthy person. I myself am a 40-year-old secondary school teacher who likes to spend her time outside in nature.
