Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a subtenant. The 4.5-room maisonette apartment is located in the middle of the lively Lachen-Quartier near the Sömmerliwiese on the 4th floor; an elevator is available. Migros as well as Denner can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. By bus, you are at the station in five minutes.

The room is bright, quiet, 21m2 in size, and furnished. It has two large windows and features its own bathroom with a shower. There is sufficient storage space available. The rest of the (two-story) apartment is, of course, available for shared use. We have a cellar with its own laundry room with a washing machine and tumbler; a bicycle cellar is also available. WLAN, TV with Netflix are included in the price; approximately 20.- Fr in electricity costs are added per month. Additionally, we have a balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun.

About the WG:
We are a 3-person WG: Anna (21), Deborah (36) and Seraina (32), who will be staying abroad for 4.5 months. Seraina works as a landscape gardener, Anna studies psychology at the UZH and Deborah works at the PHSG in university administration. It would be nice if you like order and are occasionally up for a glass of wine in the evening :-)

We are looking for:
Seraina will be staying abroad from 1 March to 25 July 2027. So that the room does not stand empty during this time, we are looking for a subtenant who would like to live in Seraina's room for these nearly 5 months. Move-in and move-out dates can still be agreed upon; we are flexible there.
