*LEASE TAKEOVER* Hello, Following the departure of two tenants, two rooms are becoming available in a shared flat on rue de la Pontaise in Lausanne. The rooms will be available on 1st September 2026. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, laundry room on R-1, elevator etc. It also has a shared living room, an entrance hall serving as a dining room and two balconies. The two available rooms are approximately 14 and 20m2. They are unfurnished but each has a built-in wardrobe. *IMPORTANT* Since this is a lease takeover, interested candidates must be able to subsequently provide: \- a clean extract from the debt enforcement register, \- a permanent employment contract (CDI), \- a certificate from the residents' registration office (contrôle des habitants), \- the last three payslips, \- OR A guarantor established in Switzerland who must rent the room in your place and provide all these documents themselves.
