Room in a shared flat

Furnished and cozy room close to Oerlikon and Milchbuck (within 10 minutes by a tram or a bus) for students only. Rent is 595 chf per month. You need to take over the furniture for 200chf, which includes a bed, desk, floor lamp, couch (has some marks but otherwise fine, small table, and a clothing rack. I'm looking for someone to take over immediately this week. The flat is generally quiet although sometimes friends come over. Kitchen has airfryer and a microwave and other stuff you'd need. There's also a small dining table. Looking for someone to move in (or sign the contract) by this Thursday already. Two other one-time costs: 300 chf since I already paid for this month's rent plus 30chf which is installed in the washing card.
